Child safety standards

Our True Chapter is a service for adults looking for a long-term relationship. It is operated by One-Digital IT Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, and we act on every report.

Adults only

• Every member must be at least 21 years old.
• To confirm a member is a real person aged 21 or over, we ask for one identity document and a fresh selfie. A trained reviewer checks these privately.
• Profiles and photos are reviewed by our team, and we may limit features until verification is complete.

What is not allowed

• Any account belonging to, or pretending to be, a person under 21.
• Any content, message or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child, including sharing, requesting or linking to CSAM.
• Grooming, or contacting anyone to gain access to a child.

How to report a concern

• In the app or on the website, open the member’s profile or conversation, choose Report a concern, and select Underage concern. Reporting is free for every member.
• You can also email sales@onedigitalitsolutions.com.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first. In Singapore, call 999.

What we do

• Underage concerns are treated as urgent and reviewed by a person on our team.
• We remove accounts and content that break these standards, and stop the person from signing up again with the same number.
• We keep the relevant records so the report can be investigated.
• We report suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the Singapore Police Force, as required by law.
