Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and One-Digital IT Solutions Pte Ltd (UEN 201927452K), which operates Our True Chapter. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 21 years old, live in Singapore, be legally free to marry or honest about your marital status as the profile asks, and be looking for a long-term relationship leading to marriage. One person, one account.

2. Your account

You sign in with your own mobile number. Keep your phone and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Honest profiles and verification

Everything on your profile must be true and about you. Photos must be of you and recent. We may ask you to verify your identity, age and photos, and we may limit features until you do. We may ask you to change or remove content that breaks these terms.

4. How to treat other members

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or pressure anyone;
• ask for or offer money, investments or gifts;
• promote a business, or use the service for anything other than finding a partner;
• share anyone else’s personal information or photos without their permission;
• send sexual content, hate speech or anything illegal;
• pretend to be someone else or create fake accounts;
• use bots, scrape data or try to get around our security.

5. Safety

Reporting, blocking, verification and account deletion are free for every member and are never behind a paid plan. Our team reviews reports and may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts. We cannot run criminal background checks on members, so please take normal care when meeting someone, meet in a public place and tell a friend.

6. Membership

There are two memberships: Free and Premium. Free includes matching, messaging and every safety tool. Premium adds extra features, described on the Membership page at the time you join.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to other members as your settings allow, only to run the service. When you delete your account, we remove it as described in the privacy policy.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the service safe and accurate, but we cannot promise you will find a partner, or that every member is who they say they are. We are not responsible for what members do outside the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
