Delete your account

You can delete your Our True Chapter account yourself at any time. It is free and takes less than a minute. Our True Chapter is operated by One-Digital IT Solutions Pte Ltd.

In the app

1. Open the Our True Chapter app and sign in with your mobile number.
2. Tap Me, then Safety and privacy.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at www.ourtruechapter.com with your mobile number.
2. Go to Profile, then Delete account. Type DELETE and confirm.

Can’t sign in?

Email sales@onedigitalitsolutions.com from any address and include the mobile number on your account. We will confirm the number is yours and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Straight away, we erase:

• your profile and match preferences;
• your photos;
• your identity document and selfie, if you sent them;
• the text of messages you sent, which is replaced with a removal note.

What we keep, and why

• Your consent history, payment and membership records, safety reports, staff review decisions and our audit log, so we can meet legal obligations and keep members safe. None of these keep your profile, photos or ID documents.
• If a safety report involves your account, messages in that conversation are kept so the report can be reviewed, and your number stays blocked from signing up again.
